• 1. Unfortunately, for our objective of satisfying all the needs of our customers, currently the Low rate shipping-handling fee of $6.99 of Everglades Alkaline Water, is exclusively restricted to the areas of Miami-Dade County, in Florida.
  2. In Miami Dade County, our own company attends to our customer's delivery requests.
  3. This limitation is due to the excessive shipping costs of such a heavy package as it is a box of 24 bottles full of water.
  4. We are very sorry for this inconvenience! Please, rest assured that we are doing all possible diligences to overcome this limitation in the very near future.
• 1. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of Water product or exchanges of product.
  2. If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong order, please go to Our Returns Control Center immediately and report the issue.
  3. Your request must be entered not later than 7 days after receiving your order. We will evaluate the situation, and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit. Note that we may require pictures of the damaged goods.
